The price of 19 kg commerical LPG gas cyclinders has now risen to ₹62 with effect from Friday, November 1.
In Delhi, the retail sale price of a 19 kg commerical LPG cyclinder is ₹1,802 from today. The price of 5 kg FTL cyclinders has also risen by ₹15. The price of 14.2 kg cylinders remains unchanged.
Last month, the OMCs hiked the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder by ₹48.50, the third-straight month hike.
Prices were hiked by ₹6.5 per cylinder on August 1 and by ₹39 on September 1. The three rounds of increase follow four monthly price reductions. In four price reductions, rates were cut by ₹148 per 19-kg cylinder.
Apart from demand-supply dynamics, commercial LPG prices are driven by various factors such as international prices, and taxation policies.
