Heimstaden Bostad AB (“Heimstaden Bostad”) announces the results of the tender offer to the eligible holders of certain of Heimstaden Bostad’s outstanding senior unsecured floating rate notes denominated in NOK (referred to as the “Tender Offer”), where all validly submitted tender instructions will be accepted, as further set out in the below table.
The purpose of the Tender Offer is, among other things, to proactively improve Heimstaden Bostad’s liability composition and debt maturity profile.

The Tender Offer expired at 14:00 CET on 19 November 2024. Heimstaden Bostad will complete the Tender Offer and pay the purchase price as outlined in the above table including accrued and unpaid interest from, but excluding, the previous interest payment date until, and including, the settlement date for the Tender Offer, on the notes validly tendered and accepted. The settlement date for the Tender Offer is expected to occur on 22 November 2024. Settlement of the transactions pursuant to the Tender Offer will occur as a secondary trade via Nordea Bank Abp.
